Cancel order
We accept cancellations before the product is dispatched. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot accept cancellation of an order if the product has already been dispatched.

Refunds
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We need an invoice or proof of purchase to complete your return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the product is our fault, e.g. if the product is damaged or unusable, for example due to product or transport reasons, please contact [email protected]. After consultation with our technical staff, we will arrange a reissue or refund.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a delivery notification by email. We will also inform you if we approve or reject your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days and automatically credited to your credit card or original means of payment.
